Prices and Payment

Prices and charges are shown at checkout. All orders are subject to payment authorization and product availability. If we find a pricing or description error that affects your order, we’ll contact you. You may confirm the order at the corrected price or cancel it for a refund.

Orders

After you place an order, we’ll send an email confirming that we received it. This email is not confirmation that we have accepted the order. We accept the order when we send a shipping confirmation email.

We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a listing contains an error, payment cannot be authorized, or we identify a possible issue with the order. If we cancel an order after payment, we’ll issue a refund to the original payment method.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are charged a flat shipping fee of US$7.99. Orders are generally processed within 1–3 days, and estimated delivery is 7–10 days after shipment. These are estimates and delivery may be delayed by the carrier or other circumstances. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information. We cannot ship to PO boxes or military bases.

Returns and Cancellations

Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions in our Return & Exchange Policy. Contact us before sending an item back so we can provide instructions.

You may request to cancel an order within 24 hours, provided it has not shipped. If it has shipped, please follow the return process.

Intellectual Property

The website and its content—including text, images, graphics, logos, and software—belong to Van Brands Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute website content without our written permission, except where the law allows.
