Shipping Policy

At LunaSpure, we aim to make shipping straightforward. All orders are charged a flat shipping fee of US$7.99. We do not offer free shipping.

Order Processing and Delivery

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 days. After shipment, estimated delivery is 7–10 days. Saturdays and Sundays are included in this estimate. Delivery times may vary due to the carrier, holidays, or other unexpected delays.

We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. It will include your tracking number. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.

Shipping Address

Please provide a complete, accurate shipping address and a phone number or email address where the carrier can reach you. We are unable to ship to PO boxes or military bases.

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email to check your order’s progress. You can also track your order on our website.
